ISG × JV Management Town Hall

Turn curiosity into capability

We want to understand where AI could genuinely help across the ISG & JVs team. So first, we are gathering the real, everyday problems that slow your team down. Share as many as you can. This is the starting point, a chance to shape where we focus next.

How it works

Why we're asking

We are not looking for finished ideas or a plan. We just want to see where the friction is: the repetitive, time-consuming work across the ISG & JVs team where AI might help. The clearer the picture, the better we can figure out where to focus.

No need to have the answer. Naming the problem clearly is the whole ask for now.

Where we're starting

Problems first. Solutions later.

Before we talk tools, timelines, or fixes, we want to understand the work. This is about listening.

Real problems

The everyday friction that slows you down, not moonshots.

Your view first

You see where the time goes, and where AI might help.

No strings yet

We are gathering to learn where to focus. How and when come later.

What makes a good use case

You do not need an AI idea. You need a real problem, and the clearest way to describe it is as a workflow: the steps you run by hand today. The use cases most worth telling us about tend to share four things.

01

It is a workflow, not a one-off

Several steps you run by hand today: gather, check, analyse, draft, decide. The more steps involved, the more there is for AI to take on.

02

It runs on information you can bring

Documents, spreadsheets, exports, emails, notes. If you can show it to a colleague, you can describe it to us.

03

It repeats, and it moves a number

You do it often, and doing it better saves real hours, speeds a decision, or cuts errors. That is where the impact is measurable.

04

You can judge the output

You know what a good result would look like, so it is easy to describe what would actually help.

Examples to spark ideas

Everyday use cases

Where AI could help

  • A weekly intelligence brief that scans news, competitor moves, and market signals for each brand and drafts the summary.
  • A services-matcher that maps a JV brand's needs to relevant group services and drafts a tailored pitch.
  • A strategy-deck assistant that turns research notes and data into a first-draft board narrative.
  • A partner-scout that screens potential brands or partners against fit criteria and drafts a ranked shortlist with the reasoning.
  • A proposal drafter that turns a brief and past decks into a first-draft services proposal.
Bigger ambitions

Longer-term ideas

  • Forecasting brand or category demand from scratch.
  • A live, always-on market intelligence platform.
  • A full partner and opportunity data platform.
  • Anything that only works once it is wired into locked-down group systems.
  • "Automate the whole growth pipeline."

Aim high or keep it simple. Big or small, near-term or ambitious, we want to hear all of it.

Help us find the impact

A few quick questions follow each use case on the form. They help us understand which ones matter most, so answer them honestly.

Priority
How much would this move the needle?

Rate the real pain, not the impressive-sounding one. A small daily drag can beat a rare big one.

Reach
Just you, or the whole team?

Yours alone, your team's, or shared across several teams. Shared problems are gold: solve once, help many.

Frequency
How often does it happen?

Daily, weekly, monthly, or ad hoc. The more it repeats, the more time you win back.

Share as many use cases as you can, each described as the workflow you run by hand today, plus a few quick tags. Nothing is too small or too big at this stage.
